It could be an interesting series of Australian Idol if early reports are any indication. Ian “Dicko” Dickson has walked off on the third day of shooting after accusing fellow judges Marcia Hines and Kyle Sandilands of being “lazy.”
He added that the judges are producers were ganging up on him and not doing their jobs in the Melbourne auditions.
“I headed straight for Albert Park and hit golf balls and pretended Kyle (Sandilands’) face was on them,” Dicko told The Daily Telegraph.
“I said that they were lazy and didn’t care about the show. I meant every word. It just got on top of me and it’s quite an intense situation.”
Apparently Dicko has given producers a “long list” of issues he wants dealt with. I guess we’ll have to stay tuned to see if they are. Early infighting doesn’t sound like a particularly good sign though!
