Electropop act Hashbang Spacestar are preparing to release their debut EP Memories Travel at the Speed of Light.

Hot on the heels of their first single “Buy Now and Borrow” comes Hashbang SpaceStar’s second release, “Good Night Baby Sleep Tight.” Once again the band is offering the song to fans as a free download.
The new track has been described as “a haunting and romantic lullaby,” perfect for those fans of Hope Sandoval (Mazzy Star), The Cure, and the Romeo + Juliet soundtrack.

Give your MP3 collection a shot in the arm with some free new music from Hashbang SpaceStar. The Sydney band is offering a download of their debut single “Buy Now and Borrow” for nix.
The song comes from their forthcoming EP Let It Be Known, which was recorded in India earlier this year. It’s a frenetic synth driven track unlike anything I’ve heard this year. If you’re looking for something truly original, this song might just fit the bill.
