Twelve Foot Ninja Set Crowdfunding Record with New Clip

Melbourne band Twelve Foot Ninja made crowdfunding history recently when they raised more than $45,000 to make their new music video, more than anyone else attempting to make a music video or short film. They’ve put the money to good use with the new clip for their song “Ain’t That a Bitch.”

Now, this video is not for the squeamish, or for workplaces. It’s downright gory, but you can see where the money went in this visual tale of retribution against an internet troll. I have no idea how much it costs to hire one of the makeup artists who worked on The Hobbit, a 7ft Alaskan brown bear, or a Penthouse Pet, but I guess they aren’t cheap!

So hold on to your stomachs. I’ll bet the fans who made this music video happen would want as many people to see it as possible!

Twelve Foot Ninja Launch “Shuriken” with Aussie Shows

Twelve Foot Ninja might be preparing to conquer the world, but they’ve got time to rock Australia before they go. They’ll play a string of local shows to support the release of their epic genre-bending new single “Shuriken”.

The accompanying music video shows Twelve Foot Ninja doing what they do best. It acts as a kind of tour postcard, documenting their life on the road over the last twelve months.

Capital city shows sold out last time Twelve Foot Ninja headlined a local tour, so don’t wait too long to get your tickets. North American dates will be announced shortly.
