Violent Soho Score American Record Deal

Brisbane new-grunge outfit Violent Soho have just inked a deal with Ecstatic Peace, the American label run by Sonic Youth mastermind Thurston Moore.

The band made their mark with the release of We Don’t Belong Here and extensive local touring and festival appearances. Late last year they set their sights on success in the United Kingdom and United States of America.

Violent Soho plan to release their first album with Ecstatic Peace later this year, which they’ll back up with international tours.
